ACF Mileposts Foundation began operations in Seminole and Orange Counties, Florida in 1986.
Originally the company was known as the Amicus Curiae Foundation (Latin for “friend of the court”).
The first program was “The Mileposts Program” for juvenile offenders.
As operations expanded to include adult programs throughout the State of Florida, the names were combined to become ACF Mileposts Foundation.
Today, ACF Mileposts is one of the leading providers of criminal education classes in the State of Florida.
These classes have consistently proven to be some of the most effective and beneficial classes available today while maintaining recidivism rates as low as 2.3% since 1986.
In addition to criminal education classes, ACF Mileposts also offers seminars and training sessions for businesses and government agencies.
These seminars and training sessions have been taught to Fortune 500 companies, military branches and various government agencies throughout the country.
